Guest speaker will be Geri Waksler, preeminent land use & zoning attorney, speaking on the existing & proposed LDR’s and how they affect the cities the planning and zoning departments on developments such as Fishermen’s Village and the Market Place. Our Land Development Regulations (LDR) Committee will present the issues effecting our neighborhood in the proposed changes to City code.
